I think IP means the Ideal Protein diet, but I could be wrong.

Welcome and good luck! Stay on the course and let the diet do the work. No cheats and you will see results so much faster. I learned the hard way, had a few cocktails in the beginning and no regret it lol. Live and learn and read the recipe thread in IP, so much good information!
