Hello everybody, Im new to this site. I have PCOS and I need to lose like 30 pounds. If anybody has tips for weight loss with pcos plz let me knw. Thanks

Hi Julz2011, welcome to 3FC! I have PCOS as well and I know that cutting out sugar and white flour can be very benefical. Good luck to you and your weight loss journey!

Hello, I am new to this group also and have pcos. Hopefully we can all get the support we need here. I have about 100 lbs to lose. I am a busy mom of 4 little girls and a small farm to run. I need to learn to take the time for me to eat right.
