Jumping in head first, and eager to find some people to jump with!
Hi Everyone!
I'm brand new to this site and have never actually tried anything like this forum before. I'm 28 and have been struggling with my weight for my entire adult life. I've tried various diets over the past 10 years, with varying degrees of success, but I'm now at my heaviest weight ever. I want to lose about 80 pounds and I've decided to try using Alli to help me reach that goal. Has anyone had any experiences with Alli? I'm ready to make a long-term change, and become healthy and proud of my body, but I know I'm going to need a lot of support from all of you who are in the same boat! Today was my first day on my new weight loss plan, and so far it's going well, but I'm hoping to connect with some of you and build a support network right from the beginning, to help me get through those tough times that I know are ahead.
I recently started a blog as way to keep track of my progress and hold myself accountable, which is another part of the reason I came to 3FC - to share the blog with all of you. I really hope some of you will take a look and follow my progress, and provide insight, advice, and support along the way. Hopefully, you'll all get a good laugh out of it too!
