    I'm looking forward looking around the board and getting to know folks.

    I am currently trying to lose 65lbs. I have eating issues and I struggle with motivation to exercise. Trying to start a new running routine.

    I have a wicked sense of humor and I'm an out of the box thinker most times.

    I'm happy I found this board! Happy to be here!

    My plan is to be Serena Obama. (hindparts/thighs like Serena Williams and arms like Michelle Obama)

  • Hi there and welcome. It may sound daunting but break it up into mini goals. I have lost over 50 lbs and didnt think it was possible. Just stay focused and motivated, anf if you have a bad day, just put it behind you!! Best of luck!! Also, at first break the running into walking and running, walk to recover. Maybe have a set route to start off, and push to break your time every time! then find a new route, or keep a journal of the route and time and mix it up!!
