Default Starting all over again

So, I probably have been a member here for three years or so. And I seem to always be on a diet.

No more. I'm not going to be "on a diet".

I need a lifestyle change.

In 2007, I did Nutrisystem. I was down to 137 pounds. And gained it all back. My lifestyle didn't change when my weightloss ended.

In October, I began weightlifting. Lifting weights alone with no diet change, I lost 21 pounds. Now, it's time for a diet change.

My goal? Loss of 32 pounds before June 12, 2012, which is the start date of my next Disney vacation. That's about 3.5 pounds per month, or a little less than a pound a week.

I would be glad to have some buddies in my transformation, and plenty of support!

Welcome back =)

Permanent, sustainable lifestyle changes It's awesome you began lifting weights and building muscle.

Adding in some eating habit changes should definitely be able to help you!

Best of wishes!

Yup, it has got to be a lifestyle change, not a diet. Dieting sucks and doesn't work. I am there with you - I lost a bunch once then fell back into bad habits. I wish you lots & lots of energy & motivation! You CAN DO it!
