Hi to all,

I'm new to this site, but not to the highs and lows of losing weight. About 10 years ago successfully lost about 45lbs with lots of support from a site like this one and maintained for a while.

But after moving country, getting divorced, getting a stressy job etc, I've been yo-yoing and losing the plot worse than ever and I now have much more to lose. So, having been struggling on my own, decided it was time to enlist the support of others (and offer some along the way).

Anyway, I'm an Aussie living in the UK, I work for the NHS in mental health, and I look forward to meeting you all.
