Hi everyone. i have been lookin for a good message board community and it has brought me here. i am 21 and have always had issues with my weight. i am one n a half weeks into the south beach diet n lookin for some advice, help, or even better support since i am not too happy with my results so far. hope to talk to some of you all
There are a lot of areas around here, there's even a section under Diet Central for people using South Beach. If you have a specific question about that program, you may want to post it there to get answers.
