Hey y'all!
My name is Nicky and I am 23 years old. I started my weight loss journey on June 1st at 226lbs. With dieting and a bit of exercise (not much implemented yet), today I am 205lbs (21lb loss). My ultimate goal is 125lbs, so I have a 80lbs to go.
I've been lurking around the website for several weeks now. I've learned so much from here and am really looking forward to starting a food and fitness diary.
