2 inches to go.
I'm so proud of my chubby self. I'm 5'3.5", a definite pear shape, (32-26-38 now) and my body has been through **** and back these past 3 years. I started last resort working out two weeks ago and lost an inch off of my stomach and waist. And this is important because I'm not trying to lose weight; I'm trying to get a flat belly. My belly (aka, the upper hip) is 32 inches, and I'm estimating 30 inches will make it flat. My waist I really don't care about; it's already flat. And that should be the last of the 'unhealthy' fat on my body (my butt is quite healthy, thank you). So for anyone aiming to lose inches, not weight, or is a pear shape and has any suggestions on what to add to my workout (50 minutes of high intensity running, no diet ['cause I'll never stick to it]) in order to make the inches go down faster, let me know (: I'm really excited to see if I can get this done before I go to college, and to see how much I change over the next few years. No freshman 15 for me~
