I just wanted to say a quick hello to everyone. My story is a little different as I don't have a lot of weight to lose. I really just want to lead a healthy lifestyle and be super fit for myself and for my family. I found my body has changed the most after implementing a running program which I started appromixately a month ago. There is heart disease in my family so getting my heart healthy has been a concern of mine. Hope to see you all on the boards. Thanks.
We love to see anyone who wants to get healthier join up. It's not only about weight, it's about being as fit and healthy as we're able to be individually!
