So im a 27 year old nursing student. Who is married, for almost 10 years, and I have three children. A 9 year old boy, am almost 3 year old boy, and one beautiful daughter who is 1. I have been trying to loose the weight since i gained it during my first pregnancy. Right now I am at an all time high of 219, when i got pregnant with my first child i was 110, so i have put on and kept a lot of weight. I'm tired of it. Today in class we were learning how to transfer pts and i was the pt being picked up and moved from a bed to a gourney. The whole time i was freaking out about my peers realizing how much i weigh b/c they were lifting me. I had evil thoughts of what i thought they were thinking and i realized this is the last straw. No more i'm gonnas and never succeeding. This time I will WIN the weight loss war!
You aren't the only person on the forums who's put on a little weight each time they got pregnant and then just never took it off. But there's no day like today!
There are forums for different ages, different amounts to lose, and types of diet plans, etc.
