hello everybody

  • hello everybody , i am molly 26 year old femal from england .
    i have always been a jo jo dieter and have done 2012 diets i can just think of . over the last few monthes i been not well at al and had to spent a lote of time in bed as a result from this i gainde so much weight !!!
    no clothing is fitting any more i feel very deflated.
    i am not in the bed any more but still cant function my body very well so though i start with a simple diet . i been reading about the dukan diet so etme know if any of you has tried it and how thats going for you .

    in time i will adds some stats you know wen i get the guts !hihihi .

    I'm a WW member, too. Using online right now to track my food.

    There's a WW section under Diet Central to connect with others using WW. There's a 40-somethings area, and a Dieting with Obstacles section where you can meet with others who are pre-diabetic.

    You're right. One day at a time. It's very possible.

  • I haven't joined WW yet, trying to do the tracking on my own. I use an Android phone app called My Fitness Pal.
