Hi Everybody,

I've been coming down in weight for the last year. I started at 310 and now I'm 260, BUT I"m STUCK !!!!!!

I can't seem to move lower and everything in me wants to eat and give up

HELP !!!!!

I even read his other article "Why Is Losing Weight So Much Work ?" by Malcolm Baptiste. I never realized the answers were so available

Congrats on your loss so fars I know it gets frustrating when the scale does not move but hang in there, take it one day at a time, it will move eventually. I have many weigh ins when the scale just about goes out the door because it is not moving. Try not to get too caught up on the scale number, hard I know, but you are doing a wonderful thing for yourself, the loss will come. Keep at it.
