Hi Everyone,
I'm new on this forum (this is the 'Good News'), and I'm looking forward finding friends, advise and recipes.
I am both a WW's Life Timer and a yoyo Life Timer. It seems there is no end to the misery. Being overweight, losing, back to being overweight, it just never stops. I'm on my way to getting back to my goal weight and then some. But right now I'm plateau-ing (which is the 'Bad News') and desperate for some help.
