New in Ohio
Hi,
My name is Sarrah and I am wanting to lose about 60 lbs. Right now I weight 222 and want to be down to about 160-165lbs.
My first goal is to lose 10% of my body weight (22#'s) and then go from there. I have started walking at least 30 minutes a day and working out with a friend doing strength and weight training 2 days a week for about an hour, hour and a half each session.
My biggest obstacle is I have severe neck pain issues and sometimes I just cannot make it out of bed because the pain is so intense.
Well I guess I will go have a look around now.
