I'm here because I've tried to lose weight so many times, but I just end up putting it back on again. So a support forum who understands that would be wonderful. Right now I'm too embarressed to post my weight.
We definitely understand. Every member wants to be healthier, be more active, take off some weight...KEEP IT OFF! We want to see everyone successful, and we love to support and give encouragement.
