Hi Everyone!
I'm attempting a 35 lb weight loss with 'eating-window' style intermittent fasting and modification of diet to exclude grains. I'm having some success (and certainly my share of challenges, too). Would love to hear from other IFers! I'm also really interested in minimalist workouts like bodyweight exercises and high-intensity interval training.
