Started Today New Year, New Plan, New Attitude

Had my first IP meal, started with one of the drinks! Looking forward to this journey. Also excited for everyone else, enjoy reading your posts and find them very helpful!

Hi Everyone. Brand new to the ideal protein diet. I am starting on my own today but have an appointment to start officially on Jan 12th. Looking forward to a new me in 2012! :D
