Hi, I posted on here several years ago and introduced myself but am back now. Starting my new program which is something I am trying to incorporate as a lifestyle change. A combination of McDougall/Fuhrman with a few tweeks.
I want to get in exercise on my TM as well as eating more healthy with no junk foods. I've read some of the posts here and everyone is so kind and accepting of others!! Supportive too.
