Thanks for all the great ideas. I've tried counting calories before and I usually get very overwhelmed with the whole process. Tracking exercise first is a great idea. Once I get used to that, then tracking calories should be easier.

I bought my scale the other day, and it was so hard getting on it, but it is the only way to know if I'm really making any progress.
