My name is Allison and I'm 24 and live in NYC. I've been overweight my entire. Okay, more than that.. I've been over-OBESE my whole life. But living in New York, I walk a lot and feel like I'm in better physical shape than I ever have been. But I haven't actually lost sizes or pounds; in fact, I've managed to gain around 30 pounds since high school.
But today, I joined a gym with a friend and I'm looking forward to working on myself. I discovered the forum today since I'm looking for a place to come for a little extra support.
