Hello from Tasmania, Australia
Hello Everyone! I'm new here. My name is Andrea. I'm 40, a SAHM of 3, currently live in Australia, although I am from the US.
I've recently started a weight loss blog to help try and encourage and motivate me to lose weight, and to have some form of accountability. I have had some luck in the past with losing weight, only to gain it all back again. I miss my old skinny self, like how I was before having kids. I've really let myself go over the years, and hate that I have let myself become the way I am now. But I am working on changing that.
I'd love to try and lose at least 45 pounds or so, which would get me down to 130 pounds. Somehow that feels totally impossible though. But if I can get near that, I'll be happy. I'll just take it one step at a time and try and do the best I can.
