Hello everyone, I just joined today and am looking forward to meeting people with the same goals that I have. I was successful with Weight Watchers in the past but let myself gain it back + some. I am determined to do this again, I felt so much better when when I was at a good weight for me.
I, too, am a WW member and had at one point lost over 100 lbs following the program. If you're still following WW there's a section under Diet Central to chat with others, but feel free to post wherever you're most comfortable!
Hi Mary, I'm in the same boat! Stay positive and dont get discouraged! Just remember how good you felt when you lost it before, that's my motivation too, that and the frustration of having let myself get back to something that makes me unhappy.
I wont say good luck cos you cant control luck, so I will say take control!
