I have that same old sob story. Busy mom not taking time for herself. But right now I feel as though I am getting to a new point where I am losing my self control and I hate it. I have always been able to handle being chubby but active and aware. But, at this moment I feel as though I have been allowing myself to be delusional about the direction I am allowing myself to go, and I worried.
I have been on this site before. But I think out of embarrassment I stopped visiting. Each time I would be actively using the site, I would make a goal and reach it. Then, I would create a harder goal, and I would losing focus and gain it again. I need to figure this out because my son is going to learn mine and my husbands bad habits and it needs to change while he is still young.
When my son was born 3 years ago, I lost 65 pounds in the first 4 months. At this point, I have gained 45 of those pounds back.
I think its safe to say that I need support.
