    hope everyones well

    abit about myself
    I am 26 amd from the uk. i stumbled across this website and its fab

    I am a mum of 1 and who is 1 lol

    I have struggled with my weight most of my life and am ready to fight the flab for good

    i started my diet/ life style/ jpurney 3 weeks ago on 19th april and i has so far lost 11lbs

    my start weigh was 16 st 11

    hopefully i will be here for help n advice n geneal support


    ps here a brief info on my diet and exercisr


    diet - i eat 6 times a day

    9am take vatamin supplwment
    45g branflakes with skimmed molk and green tea

    11-11,30am banana

    1.30-2pm tuma and light mayonnaise sandwich in wholemeal bread
    with salad( lettuce/cucumber

    4/4.30pm protein shake 300cslories

    7.30/8pm chicken breat and small bake patatoe snd salad

    10pm 30g branflakes with skimmed milk

    i drink 1 litre of water

    exercise - i do 2x20mins of stength training with a personal trainer a week

    cant wait to reach my goal ideally i want to lose at least 85lbs
