As I write this, the original post is now over a month old :o But, that's good news! As I've kept with my plans, I'm feeling a lot better, and am now exactly to date 2 months into my changes.

Sidanne - I am 100% sure that the support I'm able to give and receive almost daily on 3FC has contributed to my success. So I couldn't agree with you more! :) If there were a magic pill... this site might be it for me! :lol:
