Default Hi Everyone!

Hi. My name is Kelly and i just happened to stumble across this site yesterday. I'm excited to be on this because I am trying to lose weight for a career goal but I am having trouble with the last 25 pounds. I started trying to lose weight since January 2010 (starting at about 230-235 pounds), but hit a VERY long plateau. I started really trying to lose weight again this past January at 214 pounds. I'm now 195 but I need to get down to 170. I've recently hit another plateau. Hopefully I can find some tips and tricks to help me out. I look forward to meeting some people on the site also for support.

Ugh, plateaus are no fun and it can be frustrating to work through them.
How many calaroies are you eating per day? If they are too low, as strange as it sounds, you may need to up them. Make sure you are getting your fruits and veggies in and drinking plenty of water.
Also if you do regular exercising, maybe try changing it up a little and trying to get more cardo in.
Best of luck to you!

Hi! I'm new too.

We are kinda in a similar boat, I was down to 207 in January (from 235), but gained up to (uggh) 244...I am pretty sure that was my all time high, and now that I look back, I think I was at a plateau in January, which led me to gain this crap all back.. :/

Anyway, just wanted to say hi, and I will check out your blog!
