Hi Tis is my first post on this site but I love it and find it very useful. I have been on ideal protein since Jan 26 and have lost 33 pounds. Some times lately, I am so hungry between lunch and supper, I could chew my arm off. I real don't want to give up evening snack as I love hanging out with my family in the eve enjoying my chocolate shake or pudding. Does anyone routinely add an extra protein packet ( 4 packets a day) due to his issue and still lose weight? And how often can we drink crystal light on the go packets.? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!

Welcome! I don't know anything about IP but have heard a lot about it. I'm sure somebody here can give you some info, I believe there are forums for specific weight loss plans. Good luck!
