Hi i am new and looking for advice and support from others on what is going to be a long journey.
I have known for a while now that my weight/size was ever increasing and then i got pregnant and an excuse. He is now just over 1 year old and i think i would struggle to fit in my maternity clothes
I have bought ALI tablets which i think i might use to help me get this long diet underway!
Beyond the pills, what kind of plan are you using? Low carb? Calorie counting? Have you thought about exercise? I find it helps to tackle the plan thing right away, so that you have it written down and can refer to it at any point.
