    Welcome, Chris, waving all the way to South Africa.

    There are so many good forums to peek into and find one or more for a home.

    There are forums for just about any eating plan.

    There are exercise forums.

    There's The Mens Forum.

    etc.

    What eating plan are you using? And do you have an exercise plan yet?
