I came across this forum by accident when doing some research into weight watchers - I have decided once and for all I need to get to my healthy goal weight and stop pretending it is ok to put the few kilos I lost back on again !! I love to exercise when I can get motivated but it takes me alot to get into it and not alot to fall back off the wagon
I am sick of feeling ugly and not confident and really not giving my husband the attention and affection he deserves because I am feeling unhappy ! I am joining my local weight watchers in my suburb in a weeks time as it is closed for the easter, I am going to keep a diary with a food diary included and use this forum , hopefully, to find some support which I will no doubt need when I feel like I need to eat food I know I am not meant to !
Not sure wether ww is right for me but I have nver tried it and thought having a weekly weigh in will give me the motivation to keep going
