Hey, Im Nicole. 19, and currently weigh 205! im tired of being so over weight! so i want to lose about 50-70 lbs! im about 5'3! im looking to find new things to try and do to help me achieve my goal!! any suggestions/ advice is greatly appreciated! im currently doing Zumba! it's a lot of fun, and mannnnn, do i sweat! but i was wondering, what other good workouts are good, or is Zumba a great workout to continue to do. i want lose weight, and tone my body!
