Hi everyone! My name is Sunshine and I joined this site thinking it would be a great way to meet people who may be struggling (like me) to get enough will power to start and stick to any sort of plan. I have done so many diet/exercise plans over the years but always lose my will to stick with it. I am currently 249lbs. and quite frankly, I'm sick of it. My short term goal is to get down to 200 pounds and my ultimate goal is to be 180 lbs. I am getting married in a little under 4 months and all I want is to feel good about myself when I walk down the aisle... I have struggled with my weight since I was eight years old and haven't been under 200 lbs. since I was twelve
Anyway... I just wanted to introduce myself and possibly connect with a few people who are trying to lose weight.
