im new here. been on a "serious diet" since last summer - i.e. i haven't given up after a week which i used to do. i have lost well over 3 stone and i have gone from a bmi of over 30 to a bmi of under 25. im on my last stone and a bit push, and would love some support in getting there and help maintaining my goal weight

I'm definitely a fan of midwifery so welcome. So you've already almost lost 50 lbs?! That is awesome! I'm not sure what your diet is, but I am doing the Atkins Diet and it's great! My appetite is way down and energy is boosted. I'm losing a good amount of weight too (7 lbs in less than 2 weeks). My advice would be to watch your carb intake to keep the weight down. Either way you seem to know what you are doing with losing so much- Great Job!
