Hello :) need help and advices :)

I'm so happy to have found this forum... I read a few posts and everyone seems very nice and helpful! It looks like a great environment especially during a weight loss journey!
I just found out about this new diet the Dukan Diet.
At the moment I am following Atkins but I haven't lost any weight for the past month so I really want to change... The two diets aren't very different... but Dukan is more appealing to me because it allows foods like fat free yogurts!
And here is the tricky part... how do I go from one diet to the other? I mean... should I do a "normal period" while i eat normally (carbs included, fruit, veggie, ...) and then start the Dukan or just change from one day to the other?
Please let me know what you think about it...
