Hello! I was so glad to find this today
I have no motivation and I really think this might help.
I weighed in my 120's until I moved to Austin (when I was 28) and gained 50lbs the first year. I am now 35 and can't seem to stay motivated to lose the weight. I weigh 185 now. I used to be too skinny. I don't necessarily hate my body...I just don't want it to stick out where it shouldn't. I don't want to ever be as skinny as I was and I don't want to be as big as I am now.
My boyfriend and I are going to start the bowflex workout tonight.
