I'm a newbie - hello!
Hi, all!
My name is Rachel, and I'm new to 3FC. I started my most recent journey to lose weight officially March 14. I've been overweight since I was 10 and have tried just about every diet out there. I have hypothyroidism (diagnosed 15 years ago) and only managed to lose 20 pounds in the last 2 1/2 years. I have been researching losing weight with hypothyroidism and finally asked my doctor for more help a few weeks ago since I'm averaging less than a pound a month. He agreed to write a prescription for phentermine, which I've never taken before. I'm also using Ediets.com for meal and fitness planning, using the Glycemic Impact Diet. I'm also taking several vitamins and supplements to help boost my efforts further.
