Default Hi, Newbie From Cardiff
Hi Everyone

I started my Diet 3 weeks ago. Its going really well & im more focased than ive been in YEARS!

I cant believe i was 16 1/2 stone

Anyway 3 weeks later & im 15st 3lbs

Its hard work, & need some help inspiration to keep me going.

My goal is 10stone

hey mishflynn ; wow you are doing great! I also have a goal weight of 10 stone and with all the support and advice from this forum it actually feels achieveable. Good luck to us both and

Hi, I'm a newbie as well. I weigh in at 225 lbs. I'm lurking, hoping it will help me gain the commitment to see this through. I want me back! I feel like a stranger in my own body.

Thanks for the greetings girls! Today has been difficult because it was the first dog show ofthe season, Lots of walking around GOOD, But nice food , BAD! I allowed myself a hotdog with Onions& didnt eat the bread, then two slices of pizza when i got home (both with a Alli tablet) Resisted the Chips & burgers fine & TBH wasnt that hungery not even now.
Wore my new trousers, bit looser already!
