I was just searching around the internet the other night and stumbled upon this website and decided to give it a shot.
I'm not sure how work stuff on here yet but hopefully I'll learn. Anyways, I just turned 21 and have decided that since I'm getting older I need to get healthier. The time is now and there's no more time to waste. I get bored easily in the gym and can usually find something else I'd rather do which is why I have failed so many times.
Hopefully this website and forum helps me to accomplish my goals, I'm ready...I can't stand looking the way I do anymore.
Congrats on taking the first step! It's a journey, definitely. If the gym bores you, find some activity that doesn't! Swimming, dancing, bicycling, etc. The best exercise is the one you'll stick with!
