Hello all I am new here
I am new to this forum and I am so excited to have found this place. I am 41 and have had a life long battle with weight. I have done all the diets out there and have come to realize that I need to make a life style change for the loss to stick. My plan is to eat healtheir and to exercise. I hate to exercise because I have always been so heavey that I cannot do much. My new goal is to start jogging. I dream about becoming a runner but for some reason fear holds me back from trying. I need to get over that fear and just do it, I know.
My birthday is coming up and my first goal is to be 200lbs by April 22. I have 14 lbs to lose to meet that goal. Wish me luck!
