Today, I'm starting ChaLEAN Extreme from Beachbody. I'm trying to follow the food plan that goes with it, but I hate tracking what I eat.

Which is rather ironic, because my daughter has a condition (PKU) that absolutely requires that we track and weigh everything she eats.

Welcome Becca, Glad to have you join us. Sometimes we are willing to do for others what we aren't willing to do for ourselves, LOL. My advice is to look for a Support group, Chat, or Challange to join; small groups make it easier to get connected. Most sub-forums have groups covering almost every need, find one that inspires or motivates you and just post to join.
