Hello all
I ran into this site by accident and thought, what a great idea! I'm new here and look forward to being in a group with others who have the same goal as myself which is losing weight. I never stuggled with weight in the past but after I had my daughter 7 years ago the weight never seemed to go away, in fact it got worse and has continued to. I actually don't eat much, but when I do eat it's all the wrong stuff which adds pounds easily. I'm addicted to soda and carbs currently and hope to start there and gradually learn to eat the
right foods more often in the day. I'm already inspired from several stories I've glanced at here and hope to reach a goal and do this for myself and no one else.
