Default Trying to put myself 1st for once..
Hello all
I ran into this site by accident and thought, what a great idea! I'm new here and look forward to being in a group with others who have the same goal as myself which is losing weight. I never stuggled with weight in the past but after I had my daughter 7 years ago the weight never seemed to go away, in fact it got worse and has continued to. I actually don't eat much, but when I do eat it's all the wrong stuff which adds pounds easily. I'm addicted to soda and carbs currently and hope to start there and gradually learn to eat the right foods more often in the day. I'm already inspired from several stories I've glanced at here and hope to reach a goal and do this for myself and no one else.

Welcome Bananarunts, Glad to have you join us. My advice is to look for a Support group, Chat, or Challange to join; small groups make it easier to get connected. Most sub-forums have groups covering almost every need, find one that inspires or motivates you and just post to join.
