Hi I'm new here :)

  • I have lost 9 pounds or so since 12/30 and I'm considering following in a friend of mine's footsteps by trying Ideal Protein, but I haven't quite made up my mind yet due to the expense.

    I'm currently at 202 and I would like to get back down into the 145 to 150-pound range. I'm one of those gals that grew up thin while being able to eat anything I wanted...and that time has obviously come and gone.

    So, I'm ready to get rolling with more weight loss. I feel like I'm on a roll, but I think I need a more organized way of going about this.

  • Welcome Kelli, Glad to have you join us. My advice is to look for a Support group, Chat, or Challange to join; small groups make it easier to get connected. Most sub-forums have groups covering almost every need, find one that inspires or motivates you and just post to join.
