Hi!
I am a 22 y/o nurse living in Memphis, TN. I would love to lose 30 pounds (I am currently 180). I want to lose weight to improve my self esteem as well as improve my health. I have horrible cholesterol due to heredity and McDonald's! Dieting has been very hard for me in the past. I have absolutely no will power and love sweets or anything with butter. I love to go to the gym and am attempting to get back into running shape by doing lots of intervals. Right now, I'm just looking for a little help staying on track...I'm hoping this site will help! What's your story?
Well im 24 and just started going to the gym back in November. I work close to 50 hours a week so i developed poor eating habits (McDonalds lol). I started at 293 and now im 273. This site has helped me A LOT. Especially when i thought about giving up!
Glad to have you join us. My advice is to look for a Support group, Chat, or Challange to join; small groups make it easier to get connected. Most sub-forums have groups covering almost every need, find one that inspires or motivates you and just post to join.
