Hi, just a short intro. I've been reading the boards for almost a year now and am ready to make a change in my eating and exercise. I've been overweight since middle school and after many half-hearted attempts at weight loss, this is my year! I'm off to a good start and reading the posts keeps me motivated.
Glad to have you join us. My advice is to look for a Support group, Chat, or Challange to join; small groups make it easier to get connected. Most sub-forums have groups covering almost every need, find one that inspires or motivates you and just post to join.
