Hello im new here and thought i'd make an introduction.
Im a 25 y.o single mother. Ive struggled with weight problems all my life. Until i had my kid i maintained 150 lbs for 5 years. After she was born i've steadily lost and gained the same 40 lbs over and over again. Last year in Feb. i was 140 lbs. now this year a week or so shy of Feb i weigh 180~ lbs (give or take a lb or so). I'd like to at the least maintain my old weight. This time though i'd like to have a life style change and not just a diet. Ive repeatedly done crash diets and starvation. It's obviously not working and im just setting a bad example for my daughter. Im hoping to find some support here at 3fatchicks. I'm a little nervous o.o
