The Binge monster Bully +The Junk Food Jerk"

  • Since this time of year brings so many "newbies" (i am here only since Oct.) - I would love to say "hi and welcome" to y'all with some of the best advice I got from this website.

    If and When the" Binge monster Bully " or the "Junk food Jerk" come tapping on your shoulder or whispering in your ear - tell them that "QUITTING IS NOT AN OPTION" . I don't remember who posted these pearls of wisdom but I am so grateful for them (thanks again if you're reading this) that I wanted to share because I know how the New Year brings on new and strong motivation -BUT I also know how easy it is to lose motivation and/or will power.

  • Haven't posted here for almost 2 weeks - so I wanted to say "hi" to all the newbies that have joined recently. I (like many of you) felt I had too far to go or was too old to try -but I started late Oct. and have lost 13 lbs.(not an extraordinary amount but feeling better and starting to look better -every pound counts!!) -and just as importantly - I STOPPED GAINING weight.

    There's no real magic to this process but checking into this website for support and encouragement has been the extra tool I really needed and depend on. Sooooo -Hello, Welcome and Stay Connected -we're here to help - L.
