Hello to all the Chicks on diet!
I'm Evie, living in Herts area, and I decided I'm feed up of the weight and I want to do something about it, intended many times, but failed. I'm not good at this, I love cooking, eating, and specially Italian food..uhmm...I just can say I will put all my effort this time!
If I have grammar mistakes or I write weird sometimes is because I'm not English, I'm from Chile (South America) .... Yes were the miners were trapped... lol
Anyways, Been here 2 years, I lived in Thailand for almost 6 years of my life...I'm 29 years old and mayor reason of weight is that I had a little boy over a year ago and I been bad to lose my mummy tummy.

Also, I made a FB group to track people's weight lost, in case anyone is interested...Been sharing info, diets etc...
