My name is Dee and I have been up and down the diet roller coaster since the age of 21 when I quit smoking. Ive lost 50 lbs. I am 5' tall and tiny frame, so thats alot.
I cant seem to keep the weight off and now have 2 major health issues that give me mega anxiety and make me eat even more. The one ive been dealing with recently is Thyroid Cancer,......I have no thyroid and gain if I even look at food.
I am excited to be here and hope to be of help to others and wish to start an "evening" regemine of support. For me, this is when I cheat, eat the most, and have the most anxiety.
