Default New To The Site with the AccuBead Diet
Hi Everyone,
I just started the Accu Beaed diet and I am very amazed at the results in 3 days. 11 ilbs came off. I started college in 2003 and just became caught up with my education. I use to be into fitness and health however the lifestyle abandon me when I did not make any time and just put anything and everything in my mouth. I must say I am an emotional eater. I now weigh 287 pounds in a size 22. I am so unhappy with myself. At 38 yoa this is so not healthy. I also work in the healthfield and I have to advocate to others. I want to be the example verses talking about it. I found the ACCU weight loss by a a collegue. I just started 1/3/2011. I lost 11 lbs by 1/7/2011. Wish me luck!
